Although she enjoyed all of this training she would later take her first Yoga class. At this time she knew she had found her true passion, and in 2011 completed her first 200hr teacher training through TAYS in Halifax. From this point she expanded her knowledge and completed two levels of teacher training for children through Radiant Child, and 15hrs through Live Love Teach. Later finishing a 100hr YTT in Yin Yoga through Satori in July of 2014. Currently she is taking another training, and in July of this year (2015) will complete another 200hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training. “I am sure I will never stop teaching or training as I am already looking for options of future trainings. I look forward to sharing this passion of movement with everyone”.
