Angela Farmer

A former swimmer and fitness instructor, Angela practiced yoga on and off for many years but fell in love with Hot Yoga in 2010.  The benefits she received were amazing: increased breath awareness, flexibility, and reduced stress kept her coming back and helped transform her sporadic practice into a daily one.  Inspired by what this wonderful, sweaty practice was bringing to her life, she wanted to share this with as many people as possible, and graduated from Maritime Yoga College with her RYT 200 certification.

Andrea St.Jules

After 16 years living in Vancouver and abroad, Andrea is delighted to be back home in the Maritimes, and sharing her love of Yoga as part of the Dynamic team!

Andrea's journey to wholeness has led her to explore several styles of yoga and spiritual practice over the years, including certifications in Hatha Yoga (Yogi Vishvketu, India), Kundalini Yoga (Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, LA) and Yin Yoga (Jolene Bayda, Vancouver).  She also holds a BA in Psychology, a certificate in Thai Yoga massage, is a certified birth doula, and founder of Graceful Warriors - a unique platform for women's empowerment and sisterhood connection.

Since first stepping on the mat in 2005, yoga has served as an anchor in her life, helping her to heal and find balance amidst the challenges of our fast-paced modern world.  Within her classes she cultivates a supportive and uplifting environment, authentically sharing from the Heart her experience of this beautiful practice that has transformed her life so deeply.

Doris MacPhee

"My greatest joy is seeing participants grow in confidence and power both on and off the mat."  Doris came into the world two feet running and has never stopped!  A bundle of energy and enthusiasm who loves sport, spirit, movement and challenge.  In her early days, Doris was a member of the UPEI Women's Varsity Basketball team.  She has been the recipient of various awards and recognition from both her leadership and athletic skill.  She has completed several marathons.  Doris is certified in Tapasya Hot Yoga, Hot Athletica, Hatha Yoga, PoundFit, and is currently working on her Barre certification.  It is never too early or too late to start moving. Grab a mat and let's do this!

Kate Forget

I was born and raised in Southern Ontario. During my youth, I figure skated competitively for many years. After graduating high-school I spent approximately 7 years as Hairstylist and Barber. Then, my husband and I moved to Northern Ontario where I came back to figure skating as a Coach for 3 years. During this time, yoga was becoming increasingly important to maintain both my physical health and well being. Our new life journey brought us to The Gentle Island in 2017. I soon started Yoga Teacher Training with the Maritime Yoga College and graduated in May of 2018. Since then, I’ve worked at a few studios and have been doing some volunteer yoga as well. The people of Prince Edward Island have been so welcoming and I’d like to thank everyone involved in encouraging me to pursue my yoga dreams. I look forward to seeing you at Dynamic!

Celia Koughan

Celia's love for expressing creativity through movement began 13 years ago when she started dancing.  As a high school student struggling with self confidence and where to fit in, she discovered yoga and is eternally grateful for that discovery.  With the guidance of some very special teachers she decided to venture to Little Corn Island, Nicaragua where she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training.  After discovering how potent yoga can be in all aspects of one's life, Celia confirmed that to be able to share her passion with others, and possibly inspire them in a way her teachers inspired her is a must for this lifetime.  She is trained in Vinyasa yoga and her classes fuse creativity with delicious movement, and ultra awareness to help you dive so much deeper than just the physical practice.  She is so excited to be joining the DF family!
