A former swimmer and fitness instructor, Angela practiced yoga on and off for many years but fell in love with Hot Yoga in 2010. The benefits she received were amazing: increased breath awareness, flexibility, and reduced stress kept her coming back and helped transform her sporadic practice into a daily one. Inspired by what this wonderful, sweaty practice was bringing to her life, she wanted to share this with as many people as possible, and graduated from Maritime Yoga College with her RYT 200 certification.

In a moderately heated room, this class offers a more meditative style that works on the connective tissues in the body. This style is great for improving flexibility, while maintaining joint mobility and bone health. The room is heated to 90 degrees.
