YOGA FLOW: This class uses the union of movement, breath and music to help get us out of our heads and into our hearts. With it's roots in Vinyasa Yoga & Anusaura Yoga, this class offers yoga students a chance to let go of inhibitions to become more flexible in mind and spirit!
HATHA YOGA: This style has a great mix of standing, seated and balancing postures. It doesn't move too fast, offering great instruction in and out of the postures. Improve strength and flexibility and learn different breathing techniques. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners!
CORE: A Pilates class, working on isolating the core muscles through spinal and pelvic alignment. It's not only great for strengthening and toning the core, this class also helps to condition the legs, arms, hips and back.
SPIN: A high-intensity workout on the stationary bikes designed to improve endurance and strength.
