Neally is thrilled to join the Dynamic Fitness team after first embarking on her yoga journey at the Dynamic Fitness Studio in Moncton (Hot Yoga Moncton). With a hectic pace of life in the Finance Industry and a naturally busy mind, landing on the mat daily became a new way of life. Taking the time to slow down and connect the mind, body and soul through breath work and a flowing meditation in movement spurred the desire to enroll in a 200 YTT in Costa Rica for further personal growth. Upon completing the 200 hour training at Nosara Yoga Institute, Neally felt compelled to share the light! Join Neally in taking the time to connect with your best self and find your Yoga on and off the mat.  Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. Breathe. Believe. Receive.
Erika received her initial 200hr certification from Be Yoga/Yoga Works NY in 2004.  Prior to moving to PEI in 2009, Erika managed Elements Yoga and Wellness Center in Darien, Connecticut where she had the opportunity to expand her education with Anusara Immersions and teacher training.  She studied under such inspirational teachers as Bruce Bassock and Bernadette Birney.  At Dynamic Fitness, Erika has continued to refine her teachings with the Tapasya Hot series.  She now teaches aspiring yoga teachers as part of the Maritime Yoga College teacher training program.  She teaches Yoga Flow and Hot Yoga.
John Andrew began his Dynamic journey as an Eli Sport athlete in 2001 after being awarded a full athletic scholarship to play soccer at the University of South Carolina.  In 2004, after excelling both academically and athletically, he graduated with Honours with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Fitness.  Following graduation, John Andrew transitioned into the role of Certified Speed, Strength & Balance Specialist at Dynamic Fitness where he spent a further four years training both adults and young athletes.  Most recently, John Andrew spent eight years in Calgary working in Corporate Fitness before deciding to move home to PEI to be with family and friends.  John Andrew is excited to return to the Dynamic Fitness team to lead clients to their full potential and help athletes realize their dreams.  Training with John Andrew will be fun and exciting as he is both motivational and inspiring.  Look for John Andrew as he leads a variety of programs including Eli Sport Adults (ESA), Power Speed athlete conditioning and Hot Athletica.

After practicing yoga for 10 years, Samantha decided in 2009 to turn her passion into a full time endeavor.  She traveled to India and completed her 1st teacher training.  Upon her return to her hometown of Vancouver, she took countless workshops and trainings including intensive prenatal, kids, kundalini, and yin courses as well as a yearlong study in holistic nutrition at the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition.  Her holistic approach involves not only the physical body but the emotional, mental and spiritual levels as well.  She believes finding balance to all of these interwoven aspects is the best way to sustainable health and happiness.  Samantha is the founder of Maritime Yoga College, a Registered Yoga school on PEI offering 200hr Yoga Alliance certifications (www.maritimeyoga.com).  She teaches Hot Yoga, Hot Yin Yoga, and non-heated Hatha and Flow classes.
Taryn Verkerk first began her practice while completing her BFA in dance at Ryerson University. Her passion for movement and artistry drew her towards further development in the beauty of yoga. She received her RYT 200 certification in 2013, during an intensive training in Costa Rica under the exquisite guidance of Angele Boltz. Recently, Taryn moved to Charlottetown to teach dance for Holland College's School of Performing Arts. She feels very fortunate to begin her journey teaching at Dynamic Fitness.  Her classes will always encourage a light heart and open mind, while finding balance and potential.
Cynthia first began practicing yoga in 1998.  Very early on she enjoyed seeing the parallels of her practice on the mat, and how it helped with overcoming challenges in the rest of her life.  With a strong focus on alignment which she learned from the Iyengar tradition, she sees yoga as meditation in action, and advocates staying mindful in each movement, viewing every asana as an opportunity to grow and evolve.  She is very excited to join the Dynamic team and share her love of the practice.
Originally from Fredericton, Alicia has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 5 of them.  Primarily a singer, actor and dancer, musical theatre has left her with a few injuries to hamstrings and ankles.  When she stepped into her first Bikram Yoga class in 2008 she knew she had come across something special.  She wanted to share this feeling with as many people as possible and in the fall of 2011 she endured Bikram's 9 week teacher training in LA.  Since then, Alicia has been teaching and learning from other yogis all over Canada.  Her work as an actor brought her to the Charlottetown Festival in 2012 where she was fortunate enough to meet the Dynamic team.  Naturally, as most do, she fell in love with this magical place, got married on the island, bought a house and now calls Charlottetown home.  She looks forward to diving in deep to this amazing yoga community and learning from all the yogis of the island.
A former swimmer and fitness instructor, Angela practiced yoga on and off for many years but fell in love with Hot Yoga in 2010.  The benefits she received were amazing: increased breath awareness, flexibility, and reduced stress kept her coming back and helped transform her sporadic practice into a daily one.  Inspired by what this wonderful, sweaty practice was bringing to her life, she wanted to share this with as many people as possible, and graduated from Maritime Yoga College with her RYT 200 certification.
The daughter of a yogi, Alissa has been practicing yoga for over a decade.  She graduated from the Sivananda Vedanta Academy in 2014, and has taught at various locations in Toronto.

She was trained by internationally renowned yogis, Satiadev and Nirmala, and has studied restorative yoga under Marla Joy, post-natal yoga with Sue Elkind, and yoga birthing method under Dorothy Guerra.

Alissa is also a birth doula, a founding member of the Doula Collective, a reiki practitioner and mother of one amazing little girl.  When Alissa isn't attending births and teaching yoga, you may find her spending hours on the confederation trails with her babe and her dog, eating fair trade chocolate or that yummy bread from the market, and biking.  Alissa believes wholeheartedly that we can change the world with love, and hopes to share that in her classes.
