In 2000, Dave MacEachern, better known at Eli in the sports community, set out to revolutionize athlete training & power conditioning in Atlantic Canada.  Having experienced his own successes he was determined to see more young athletes achieve their dreams in sport.  His first Eli Sport client was Brad Richards and has since seen him go on to win two Stanley Cup championships!

Over the last 15 years Dave's Eli Sport program has proven to be the most effective power speed program for elite athletes in Atlantic Canada.  Regardless of time spent on the ice or the field the techniques cultivated in this program have made the difference for these athletes.

Dave collaborated with NHL strength coaches to create hockey testing protocol for Nike-Sparq.  Nike-Sparq testing is now being used as the testing protocol for Canada's World Junior Hockey Team.

POWER SPEED PREP / In our training programs young athletes will learn the biomechanics of movement in a fun and safe learning environment.  Learning the essentials of movement will give a young athlete the ability to move freely and with confidence.  This is a great program for those looking to work on functional mechanics, efficient movement and developing more speed.

POWER SPEED / The older athletes will be exposed to the introduction of light weight training, rotary strength techniques, and the development of speed and power principles.  Athletes will acquire the fundamental skills and techniques necessary to significantly enhance future sport performance.  This program is the ideal sport training tool for sports that require quick foot movements, flat out speed, and overall strength.
