The “Sport of Fitness” has been on Prince Edward Island since 2000 with the Eli Sport division of Dynamic Fitness. Since then cross training has become more of a household name with the branding of products such as CrossFit. However, in our ESA Training program, created by Olympic champion Dave MacEachern, you won’t be flipping tires. Led by our experienced team of certified instructors, ESA Training will provide you with the equipment, instruction and motivation needed to reach beyond your goals in a safe & professional environment. You will perform functional exercises to help your joints move pain-free throughout the day and get a total body workout through high-intensity interval training, strength & speed endurance, proper lifting techniques and core stabilizing exercises. Whether you are looking for a place to start, facilitate weight loss, build lean muscle mass or challenge the athlete in you, Dynamic Fitness provides the services to get you there.
If you're new to ESA Training, we recommend you attend a beginner friendly session. These are available Mondays & Fridays at 9am and Tuesdays at 5:30pm. Please call or Sign In Online in advance to reserve your spot in advance. You will be required to pay an ESSENTIALS drop-in fee for this session, which can then be applied to your UNLIMITED TRAINING MEMBERSHIP if you choose to join.
